At Pavers Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 45 days for a full refund or exchange.
Complete Your Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like an exchange or a refund for each item.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back into their original branded box and secure them inside a protective outer mailing bag or box.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return carrier, such as Royal Mail or Evri, and attach the pre-paid or standard return label to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to a local drop-off point and ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
